Established in 1975 near the vibrant Gold Souk in Deira UAE, MODEST Group began as a modest family office, laying the foundation for what would become a significant contributor to the UAE's economic and industrial growth. From our inception in Deira to establishing our first manufacturing site in Industrial Area 1 in Sharjah UAE, our journey has been marked by significant growth and relentless innovation. Starting with just a team of five, crafting wooden prefabricated units framed with sturdy steel, we now proudly produce state-of-the-art, fully fire-rated cabins designed to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability, boasting a service life of up to 20 years.
