At MODEST Company, we’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings near Dubai’s Gold Souk. Founded in 1975 as a small family-run business, we’ve grown into one of the UAE’s trusted leaders in modular construction, site services, and industrial solutions.
From our first manufacturing site in Sharjah to delivering fire-rated prefab cabins built to last over 20 years. Today, we offer a full range of services, including temporary site offices, sanitation unit rentals, civil and MEP works, industrial roof waterproofing, and solar photovoltaic (PV) system installation.
